MLM Clothiers is Mississippi’s oldest men’s specialty store. Founded in 1940, MLM has been helping men “dress better than they have to” for quite a while. Mabus Agency was tasked with taking this history of fine clothing and appealing to a modern crowd. To do this we opted for customers who shopped at MLM versus paid models or clothing-line stock photos. Much of the marketing material from the clothing lines depicted scenes that did not fit the MLM customer. We wanted people who were natural and felt at home in what they were wearing. These are a few selections of an ongoing series reminding men that no matter the circumstance, you can “dress better than you have to”.
